We pull each facility's own published rates, or the city or county page that publishes them, and copy the numbers exactly.

Date Everything
Every fee shows the date the facility made it effective and the date we checked it. Old rate sheets get a warning.

Call to Confirm
We call facilities to confirm hours, what they take and how they charge. Listings we have confirmed by phone get a 📞 badge.

Review Every Report
Visitors can report what they paid and how long they waited. We check each report before it appears.

- ✅We copy published numbers exactly. We never estimate a fee.
- ✅If a fee is not published, the page says so.
- ✅We only list an item as not accepted when the facility says so.
- ✅We recheck every facility when a new rate sheet is posted, and at least once a year.
